Hailed as one of the most cordial first ladies, Dr. Mary E. Napper is the Pastor Emerita of Powerhouse of Deliverance Church in Hinesville, Georgia. The church was founded with her husband, Bishop Raymond Napper, 46 years ago with 10 people but has since birthed out many pastors and leaders who are committed to continuing to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Dr. Napper firmly believes to reach our full potential we must study to show ourselves approved unto God and use our gifts coupled with wisdom and discernment to edify the church. Skilled in the areas of financial management, administration, and ministering and teaching God’s word to every manner of man, Dr. Napper sought the Lord to find how her unique gifts could best serve the body. After identifying her primary ministry strengths in Pastoral Care and Christian Education, Dr. Napper enrolled at the Jacksonville Theological Seminary and earned her Doctoral Degree.
Dr. Napper is a preacher and teacher; she sings and gives direction to various church ministry groups. Dr. Napper plays an active role in making God’s work a reality. This woman of faith, power, and boldness believes “one should build their relationship with God, work on their relationship with their mate, and then others will experience the overflow of God’s abundance from their life.”
