Bishop Napper is known throughout the United States and Foreign Countries as the “HOLY GHOST COWBOY.” He earned this name because of all the souls God has used him to bring into His kingdom. He has reached many souls throughout the world including Korea, Germany, London, England, Alaska, and many cities across the United States. For years, he has practiced his priestly, prophetic functions of preaching, evangelizing, counseling, and administering the sacraments.

Bishop Napper is the Founder of the Powerhouse of Deliverance Church, Inc., headquartered in Hinesville, Georgia, where he is presently serving as the General Overseer. He is also the founder of the Powerhouse Christian Bookstore and WGML Powerhouse Broadcasting – a radio station owned and operated by the Powerhouse of Deliverance ministry.
Bishop Napper is the original founder of the city’s “Superchurch” for underprivileged children. He is the founder of the “Young and Successful”– a work study program for ages 13-17, the founder of Hinesville’s only All-Day/All Summer Camp, and the organizer of Men to Boys mentoring program in conjunction with Youth Challenge of Ft. Stewart, Georgia.

Bishop Napper holds membership in the Minister’s Association and the Pastor Advisory Committee. He sits on the board of “Save Our Children”, serves as a lifetime Gold Member of the NAACP, and a member of Habitat for humanity. In addition, Bishop Napper is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, an honorary member of the Christian Management Association, and an honorary member of the Georgia Sheriff’s Association. Bishop Napper is married to Dr. Mary Napper and was blessed with four beautiful children: Stacey, Sharon, Michael, and Renard and six grandchildren. Bishop Napper believes if God don’t do it, it can’t be done!
