Dr. Mary Napper
Hailed as one of the most cordial first ladies, Dr. Mary
Napper is the founder of the Powerhouse of Deliverance
Church in Hinesville, Georgia.
The church was founded with her husband, Bishop
Raymond Napper, 50 years ago with 10 people but has
since birthed out many pastors and leaders.
Dr. Napper is committed to building vibrant, God- honoring women ministries; she gives leadership to Daughters of Destiny, along with the Powerhouse women's ministry. Her desire is for women to develop the godly characteristics of Ruth and Naomi. Dr. Napper is a preacher and a teacher; she sings and gives direction to various church ministry groups. Dr. Napper plays an active role in making God’s work a reality.
Pastors love her elegant and classy style as she brings God’s word to the people. Not only is she a virtuous woman who is righteous in the Lord, but she is a loving wife and mother who has trained her children with wisdom. Her husband appreciates her and praises her to his associates. Dr. Napper has a price far above rubies. This woman of faith, power, and boldness believes “one should build their relationship with God, work on their relationship with their mate, and then others will experience the overflow of God’s abundance from their life.”
As the founder of the Prayer, Soul, and Outreach Ministry (PSOM) that operates within Powerhouse, Dr. Napper over the years has convened several events throughout the year. PSOM is an organized body of spiritual men and women from different churches and religious backgrounds who united to reach out to hurting hearts and to bring healing and deliverance to the natural and spiritual body. PSOM serves in 5 capacities: Intercessory Prayer, Audio and Video, Radio and TV, Newsletters, and Alcohol & Drug Rehabilitation. In Jan 2024, Dr. Mary Napper assumed the role of Overseer as the ministry is now pastored by her daughter and son-in-law, Dr. Stacey and Elder Lamar Berry.
